BlockSeal Matt – Solvent-Based Block Paving Sealer & Sand Binder
BlockSeal Matt is a high-performance, solvent-based sealer and sand binder designed for block paving and concrete surfaces. Available in both 5L and 25L sizes, it’s perfect for residential driveways and patios as well as large-scale commercial projects.

Penetrates and seals block paving and concrete
Binds jointing sand to prevent erosion and weed growth
Resists oil, water, algae, moss and general grime
Enhances colour with a natural matt finish
Coverage may vary depending on surface porosity and application method. A second coat can be applied once the first is dry for additional protection and finish.
Application instructions
Ensure the surface is clean and free from loose debris, oil and stains.
Brush fresh kiln-dried sand into joints if needed.
Shake the container well before use.
Apply using a low-pressure sprayer, roller or brush.
Apply a second coat wet-on-wet if a deeper finish is desired.
Allow at least 8 hours before light foot traffic and 24 hours before vehicle use.
